The Bottega del Vino uses this machine behind the bar and has logged thousands of cycles with no
failures during the last 3 years.
Glasses can be loaded into an open rack like the one shown at left or into the fitted racks shown below. Glass handling is a breeze. We personally washed several thousand glasses one week and didn’t break one in washing and drying. With a 180° rinse the glasses are virtually dry after the 2 minute wash cycle. A quick finish with a towel and it is ready.
